How does it work?
Browse our online product selection.
Add items to your cart, either as a one-time purchase or subscription.
Checkout and select your delivery day.
Phone orders and pickup options are also available.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No you do not have to be home!
We offer daytime and evening delivery window so you have a possible option to be home around the time of delivery.
We will do our best to call or text when your order is on its way.
If you won’t be home, just leave delivery instructions. We recommend leaving out a cooler with ice packs, or we can even place your order in your garage refrigerator - just let us know!
Can I add to my already placed order/delivery?
Yes! Fill your cart with any additional products, then on the cart page, select the same delivery day as your previous order and choose “Add to existing order.” Your delivery fee should be automatically waived.
When is order cutoff?
Our current order cutoff is Sunday at 11:59 PM before your scheduled delivery Thursday.
Need to add something after the deadline or even on delivery day? Reach out — we may have extra stock available or be able to squeeze it in last minute!
When will I get my order?
We currently offer daytime and evening delivery every other Thursday. As demand grows, we may expand to additional delivery days or offer weekly delivery options.
Are there any order minimums or special requirements?
There’s no minimum order required, and larger orders qualify for lower delivery fees!
That said, many of the farms and producers we work with have minimum order requirements of their own. When you stock up, it helps us meet those requirements and continue supporting the small, independent producers who make the quality food we bring right to your door.
How much does delivery cost?
$24.99 or more: $5.95 delivery fee
Under $24.99: $9.99 delivery fee
Pickup is currently available for a $0.99 handling fee at a Tonawanda or Kenmore location.
How does Pickup work?
Pickup is currently available for a $0.99 handling fee at a Tonawanda or Kenmore location.
Select your preferred pickup Thursday when placing your order. Pickup will most likely be available after 3 PM on your selected Thursday. If your order doesn’t include baked goods, we may be able to accommodate pickup on other days/times.

Can I pay Cash?
Yes, you can pay cash upon delivery! Please note that the cash payment option is not available for recurring orders or subscriptions. If you prefer to pay cash for a recurring order, just reach out and we’ll figure it out!
Do you carry any produce?
Currently, we are not carrying produce, but that may change in the future. Check back for updates!
Who is Farm Hand Luke?
Farm Hand Luke is a fun play on the movie Cool Hand Luke

Farm Hand Luke is currently in a soft launch phase, which means we’re starting with a limited selection of products and delivery area while we work out the kinks and see what people are looking for.
As we get going, we’ll keep adding more local products, producers, and delivery areas based on demand. Have something you’d like to see? Let us know! There will probably be a few growing pains along the way, but that’s part of the fun!
