This is not a dark, one-note coffee. Like True Beans other coffees, their espresso blend is roasted to preserve and highlight the wide range of complex flavors that well-grown, properly roasted coffee has to offer. Through the extraction process, you can fine-tune the flavor profile and bring out the particular notes and characteristics you enjoy most.

Every bag of True Bean Coffee begins with carefully sourced beans from ethical farms and undergoes rigorous tasting and quality testing before roasting. As the only Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) accredited roaster in Western New York, True Bean carefully roasts each coffee to highlight the unique flavors, aromas, and character of its origin. The result is a fresh, expertly crafted coffee that honors the farmers who grew it and delivers an exceptional cup every time.
