ABOUT THE MILL:
Farmer Ground Flour is a farmer-owned mill based in Trumansburg, NY, working with farmers across New York to produce organic and regenerative organic flour from locally grown grains. They stone-grind their flour in small batches to keep it as close to the whole grain as possible, while helping support a stronger local grain economy from the farmer all the way to the baker.
