Kriemhild Dairy's Bakers Butter is a year-round, premium quality, sweet cream butter that is slowly churned in small batches and has an 85% plus butter fat content. The high quality milk for the cream comes from their own Red Gate Farm as well as other local family and Amish farms in Central New York that have all pledged to be rBST free. As with their Kriemhild Meadow Butter, the only ingredients are sweet cream, and if salted, a salt that comes from Watkins Glen, NY. The salt level in our salted butter is 1.2 to 1.5%. No preservatives are used.
