Gently Pasteurized but never homogenized: milk is heated slowly at lower temperatures to kill harmful bacteria while keeping the natural cream layer, flavor, and original fat structure intact
A2 beta-casein milk is a type of cow's milk that contains only the A2 form of the beta-casein protein, leaving out the A1 protein found in most regular milk
Crystal Valley Creamery Jersey Cows aren't confined to stall and enjoy fresh green pasture grass during the summer; in the winter they feed them stored hay. They are not fed grain or any by-products. Their cows are also tested to produce milk containing the original A2 protein and no other mutated A1 Protein.
Crystal Valley Creamery bottles milk daily, right on the farm! This means the cream will naturally rise to the top. Shake and enjoy, or pour the cream off for coffee and more!

Crystal Valley Creamery is a certified organic farm and 100% grass based. They focus on rotational grazing, soil management, animal husbandry and nutrition. Since the farm is licensed for raw milk sales, they offer raw and pasteurized milk on-site. In addition, all the milk is full fat. Nothing has been taken away.
